I agree, it is really good but needs something unexpected....something small looking out the window? Maybe a flat tire? Something slightly off to make the balance shift just slightly to make the brain think....
How about throwing some fire-engine red in a few spots on that bike, as if it were being re-painted? That would be unexpected. Here's what I think happened--someone stole the bike from the owner, and dragged it around back to disguise the theft by painting it another color. Oops! They were spotted! And they took off!
